How to place an order?

Navigate through our site and click on each item or photo to get more information about the article or to see a larger photo. Click "shop" to go to the webshop and click the "add to cart" button to add an item to your shopping cart. You can select multiple items. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right to view your complete order. Adjust the desired quantity of each item or remove the items you do not wish to order from your cart. Click ‘checkout’ to proceed to the payment of your chosen items and select your payment method. Our shop will automatically redirect you to the payment system. There, you can complete your payment with a bank card or credit card. Select your payment method. Choose the region to which the order must be sent and enter the address details.

Every reservation or order will be confirmed by e-mail as soon as possible. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation. Delphine reserves the right to accept or refuse orders. Upon simple request, the customer will be informed of the reason for the refusal. We cannot accept orders from minors. If a minor wishes to purchase an item on our site, the order must be placed and paid for by an adult guardian. A valid agreement between you and Delphine exists when Delphine receives confirmation of your order on its website. However, Delphine may decide to subject the validity of the agreement to other conditions, for example, orders placed by minors, when the order is incomplete or incorrect, or when previous orders have not been paid for.

Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, Delphine will deliver the product no later than 12 weeks after Delphine's confirmation email regarding the customer's order.

Liability

Unfortunately, Delphine cannot accept liability for the consequences of incorrect data entry by the customer. As a customer, you are responsible for all shipments from Delphine that arrive at your specified residential or delivery address. To prevent any misuse, we recommend that you notify us immediately of any change of address when moving. Delphine cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the product being out of stock or for late delivery due to force majeure.

Offer

All products offered by Delphine are described as completely as possible and in good faith. The offers and prices are valid on the day they are presented on our website. The texts are in Dutch, with some English words or terms used in the product presentation. The items on our site are not shown in actual size, and because every monitor has different settings, the displayed colors of the items may differ from reality. Furthermore, the displayed colors may differ between items because the images were taken by multiple photographers.

Right of withdrawal

Every Delphine piece of jewelry is unique and is adjusted in color and size at the customer's request. Custom-made jewelry cannot be exchanged. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for custom work.

Prices

All prices are indicated in EURO. These prices exclude shipping costs. Delphine cannot be held liable for (printing) errors that appear in its offers. Delphine has the right to change the indicated price before you place an order. The price of our jewelry may change from time to time (just as silver and gold often fluctuate in value). The price that the customer must pay is the price at the moment the order is placed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (postage, jewelry box, insurance of your package) amount to 6 euros domestically, unless stated otherwise. Shipments within Europe cost 15 euros, and shipments outside Europe cost 35 euros. Orders of 50 euros or more are always sent by registered mail via Post or a courier service. Of course, these costs are only to be paid once. Shipping costs remain payable even if you return the order in whole or in part; in that case, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item.

Warranty

Every Delphine piece of jewelry comes with a 2-year legal warranty. This is valid for manufacturing defects and not for wear and tear. This warranty certificate can be found at the bottom of the jewelry box.
