How do you order a product?

  • Navigate through our site and click on each article or photo to get more information about that article or to see a larger photo.

  • Click “shop” to go to the webshop and the "add to basket" button to add an item to your shopping basket

  • You can choose multiple articles.

  • Click on the shopping cart at the top right to view your complete order.

  • Adjust the desired quantity of each item or remove the items you do not wish to order from your shopping cart.

  • Click on 'checkout' to proceed to the payment of your chosen articles. and select your payment method.

  • Our shop automatically connects you to the payment system. There you can complete your payment with bank card or credit card. 

  • Select your payment method.

  • Select the region to which the order should be sent and enter the address details.

Every reservation or order will be confirmed by e-mail as soon as possible. Please contact us in case of non-receipt.

Delphine reserves the right  to accept or decline orders. Upon simple request, the customer will be informed of the reason for the refusal. We cannot receive orders from minors. If a minor wants to buy an item on our site, the order must be placed and paid for by an adult guardian.

A valid agreement exists between you and Delphine when Delphine  receive the confirmation of your order on her  website.

Delphine may, however, decide to subject the validity of the agreement to other conditions, for example orders placed by minors, if the order is incomplete or incorrect, or if previous orders have not been paid for.


If not stated otherwise, Delphine will deliver the product no later than 12  weeks  after the confirmation email from Delphine  on the customer's order.


Delphine  unfortunately cannot accept any liability for the consequences of incorrect data entry by the customer. As a customer, you are responsible for all Delphine shipments that arrive at your specified residential or delivery address. In order to prevent any misuse, we recommend that you immediately notify us of your change of address if you move. 

Delphine cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the product not being in stock or a later delivery due to force majeure.


All products offered by Delphine are described as completely as possible and in good faith. The offers and prices are valid on the day they are offered on our website. The texts are in the Dutch language, with some English words or concepts in the product presentation.

The articles on our site  are not shown in actual size and because each monitor has different settings, the displayed colors of the items may differ from reality. The colors displayed between the articles may also differ because the images were taken by multiple photographers.

Right of withdrawal

Each Delphine jewel is unique and is adjusted in color and size at the request of the customer. Custom jewelry is not exchanged. There is therefore no right of withdrawal for customization.

All prices are indicated in EURO. These prices do not include shipping costs. Delphine cannot be held liable for (printing) errors that occur in its offers. Delphine has the right to change the indicated price before you place an order.

The price of our jewelry can change from time to time (just like silver and gold often decreases/increases in value). The price to be paid by the customer is the price at the time the order is placed.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs (franking, jewelery box, insurance of your package) are 6 euros in the Netherlands, unless stated otherwise. Shipments within Europe cost 15 euros and shipments outside Europe cost 35 euros.

Orders of 50 euros or more are always sent by registered mail by Post or via a courier service. Of course, these costs can only be paid once. The shipping costs remain to be paid even if you return the order in whole or in part, then the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item.


For every Delphine  jewel you get a legal warranty of 2 years. This is valid for manufacturing defects and not for wear and tear. This warranty card is located at the bottom of the box.
