1:1 Session

You want to delve deeper into the blockages that prevent you from expressing yourself with joy, freedom and passion?

In a 1 on 1 session we will look together at where your current blockages are on your self expression.
Using bodywork, dance,  other forms of expression and energetic work we start to peel down and dissolve  your blockages layer by layer.

Self-empowerment and self mastery  is the central theme. In our session I provide you with tools that you can integrate and continue to work with yourself. 

Becoming the captain of your  own body, energy,  life is my ultimate goal for you. 🌟

What do you need to know?

- Bring water to your session and drink enough water before and after your session

- Do not book your agenda too full after your session. Give yourself the space and time to process everything that has been touched.
